Actress Sobhita Dhulipala has been reportedly approached for an item song in the upcoming film ‘Don 3’., The film is directed by Farhan Akhtar Ranveer Singh and Kiara Advani play the lead roles.

According to a source, “Sobhita, who has impressed the audience with her versatility, is now planning to do something she hasn’t done before and it seems Don 3 is the answer for her. Given her charm and personality, she will play a perfect seductress in the film. We have learnt that Farhan Akhtar has approached Sobhita to do an item song in the film as he is sure that she will rock it like no other actress,” claimed a source quoted by Zee News.

The source further added, “The talks are on and we haven’t got any conclusions yet but Sobhita has had a few meetings with Farhan and the team.”

Earlier, director Farhan Akhtar while speaking to Raaj Shamani on his podcast had revealed the reason behind casting Ranveer for Don 3. He had said, “The kind of script we were writing, what I wanted to do with it. Unfortunately it’s too early to talk about it so I can’t go into details, but it needed a next-generation actor.”

The film’s schedule is moving in the right direction and it will hit the floors in 2025The source said that pre-production work has begun, but the film will only go on floors next year. He further added, “Don 3 was always intended to go on floors in 2025. Preparations have been made accordingly.” Farhan had confirmed in an earlier interview that he wanted to announce the film earlier as he did not want fans to be disappointed with unnecessary speculation.
