The trailer of JP Theuminad’s Kannada film ‘Su from Soi’ was released on 15 July. ‘Garuda Gamna Vrishabha Vahhana’ fame Raj B. Shetty is presenting the film under her banner Liters Buddha films. The film is a supernatural comedy drama located in the backdrop of a village, which shows the lively life of the villagers – until one day, Satan comes.
The trailer presents the attitude of a third person in the life of the villagers, with the voice of a hero, played by director JP Thuminade, inviting the audience to his village. Located in the coastal Mangaluru -Udipipi region of Karnataka, the trailer has borne the essence of ‘Kanta’ and ‘Garuda Gumna Vrishabha Vahhana’, especially through its dialect and depiction of local life.

The trailer constantly introduces the audience to the main characters- Revi, Satish, Chandra and Ashok, who are telling the story, while presenting the picturesque views, delicious regional cuisine and everyday life of the people. The peaceful life of the villagers takes a chilling, but when Sulachan haunts Someshwar (SU from SU), he takes a cold but comical turn. There is a cheerful series of such events that reverse the entire village.
‘Su from So’ Star Shanell Gautham, JP Theanad, Sandhya Arkere, Prakash’s Thumanadu, Deepak Rai Panje and Mime Ramdas, all these are familiar with the audience to his appearances in films played by Raj B. Shetty, Rishab Shetty or Rakshit Shetty. The music for the film is composed by Sumade, and one of its songs, ‘Danx Anthem’, has gone viral on social media. The film is produced by Shashistha Shetty Baroda, Ravi Rai Kalasa and Raj B. Shetty.
