Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was arrested on September 16 And he was charged with sex trafficking. Singer and reality television personality Aubrey O’Day reacted to her former boss’ arrest and wrote that she felt a sense of legality. She had long tried to draw attention to Diddy’s abusive nature.

O’Day called it a victory for all women in a post shared on X. “The purpose of justice is to provide closure and give us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get that. I feel validated. Today is a victory for women all over the world, not just mine.” She concluded by saying, “Things are finally changing.”

O’Day also reshared a journalist’s post reminding people of her efforts to draw attention to Diddy’s temper.

“For years @AubreyODay has been trying to draw attention to Diddy’s abusive nature and warn people that he is dangerous. For years. Meanwhile, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has pleaded not guilty in court to the charges against him. He has been denied bail, so he will remain in federal custody. He has been charged with forced sex trafficking and fraudand transportation for engaging in prostitution.
