Signature Global on new housing project in Gurugram Rs. 4,800 crore will be invested

Realty firm Signature Global, as part of its strategy to expand business amid strong customer demand, has invested Rs. 4,800 crore will be invested.

The company, which emerged as the fifth largest listed realty firm last fiscal in terms of sales bookings, recently launched a new project called ‘DXP Estate Par Sarvam’ spread over 13.56 acres.

Located on Dwarka Expressway, Sector 37D, Gurugram, the project will have 1,798 apartments.

In the first phase, the company will sell 50 percent of the total units per unit at Rs. Offering for sale in the price range of 3-4 crores.

“The total investment in the development of this project is estimated at around Rs 4,800 crore,” Signature Global founder and chairman Pradeep Agarwal told PTI.

The company will meet the investment largely through internal accruals, including advances from customers.

Construction work will begin soon, and the project is expected to be completed by 2032.

Agarwal highlighted that the company is focusing on sustainability and wellness elements in the project, which will also be Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum certified.

Signature Global has onboarded several wellness and lifestyle brands, including Michael Phelps Swimming Academy, in the project.

Since the inception of this project, the company has seen its annual sales booking of Rs. 12,500 crore is expected to help achieve the target.

Gurugram-based Signature Global spent Rs. 10,290 crore properties were sold.

In the April-September period of 2025-26, the company reported a 21 percent decline in sales bookings from a year-ago period of Rs. 5,900 crore to Rs. 4,650 crores.

However, the company is confident of achieving the pre-sales target.

To expand the business, Signature Global recently approached the World Bank’s lending institution IFC through the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to develop mid-income housing projects and repay high debt worth Rs. 875 crore has been raised.

The company has so far delivered 16 million square feet in various projects.
