A fan of Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra has accused a fan page of duping her of Rs 50 lakh. US-based Meenu Vasudeva claimed on social media platform X with the handle @desi_girl334 that two people named Aliza and Husna Parveen, who run the fan page, have duped her. Now the actor himself has responded to these allegations.

Sidharth Malhotra wrote, “It has been brought to my notice that certain fraudulent activities/scams are being circulated on various social media platforms allegedly demanding money from people claiming to be or associated with me, my family and my fans.”

He added, “I would like to assure everyone reading this that neither I nor my family or team support this. I urge all of you to be cautious when dealing with such matters. If you receive any suspicious requests, report them to the proper authorities and avoid spreading misinformation.”

The ‘Shershaah’ actor concluded by adding, “My fans have always been my biggest strength and your trust and safety is my top priority. Lots of love and hugs!”

The fan had earlier alleged that they had fabricated stories about threats to his life because of Malhotra’s wife Kiara Advani. Vasudev also claimed that the admin told him that Kiara forced Sidharth into marriage by threatening his family and also performed black magic on him.

He revealed that Aliza asked him for financial help to ‘save Sid’ and introduced him to Deepak Dubey, an alleged member of the PR team, and Radhika, an informer from Kiara’s team.

Vasudeva said she paid a weekly fee for insider information and conversations with the actor, which she now believes were fake. She shared screenshots of the conversations and claimed she lost Rs 50 lakh in the process. Vasudeva demanded justice and her money back.

Fans have been sharing his posts and tagging Sidharth Malhotra to draw his attention to the alleged scam. There has been no response from Sidharth or the fan page on Instagram. It is not clear if Vasudeva has approached the police.
