Sidharth Malhotra remembers ‘fearless’ Captain Vikram Batra on 25 years of Kargil
Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra remembered Captain Vikram Batra on the completion of 25 years of Kargil War. The actor played Captain Batra in Prime Video’s biopic ‘Sher Shah’.

Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra on Sunday shared a note remembering the late Param Vir Chakra winner Captain Vikram Batra on the occasion of 25 years of the Kargil war. The actor shared a photo of the Captain and described him as fearless.
The actor wrote in his note, “It’s been 25 years since your fearless actions and supreme sacrifice made history, Param Vir Chakra, Captain Vikram Batra. Your legacy even today remains the highest ideals of bravery and honour. We remember and honour you today and always for ‘Yeh Dil Maange More’. Jai Hind.”

As soon as the actor shared the post, fans flooded the comment box with love for both the actor and the late Captain. One person posted flower emojis along with Captain Vikram Batra’s name. Another user praised Sidharth’s film Shershaah, calling it “the best biopic in the books.”
Sidharth Malhotra played Captain Vikram Batra in the Prime Video release, where he shared screen space with his wife, actor Kiara Advani, for the first time. Kiara played Dimple Cheema in Karan Johar’s film.
Talking about work, Siddharth was last seen in ‘Yodha’, which was not liked by the audience.
