Bollywood couple Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani were surrounded by a mob while leaving Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party on Tuesday, October 22. A video of Sidharth saving his wife, actor Kiara, from the crowd while walking towards his car was shared on social media.

In the video, Sidharth wrapped his arms around Kiara as they were surrounded by people who wanted to take pictures of them. However, despite the chaos, both of them remained calm and waited patiently for their car. As soon as his car arrived, he waved goodbye to the crowd and moved towards it.

Siddharth came to Manish’s Diwali party wearing a red kurta, while Kiara was seen in a golden saree. Others who attended the party included Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Rekha, Arjun Kapoor, Kajol, Khushi Kapoor and Vedang Raina.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kiara Advani will next be seen in War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. She is also in talks with Maddock Films for an exciting new love story, which will also star Sidharth.

While details about the story are still under wraps, a source close to the project told India Today, “This will not be a typical Bollywood love story. There is an interesting twist and a new element to this love story. There is a mix of romance in it. This is Maddock with fantasy elements; he is known for his mix of humor and romance. This will be an interesting new film for the audience.”

The on-screen pairing of Sidharth and Kiara became a fan favorite from Shershaah.
