Shabana Azmi, Naseeruddin Shah and other veteran actors reunited for filmmaker Shyam Benegal’s 90th birthday on December 14. Azmi, who started her film career in 1974 with Benegal’s film Ankur, posted lovely moments of their intimate meeting.

Many films of Shabana Azmi and Naseeruddin Shah together were recorded in the history of Indian cinema. On Instagram, he posted a picture of Shah with Bengal. The Sati actor wrote, “On #ShyamBenegal’s 90th birthday with my co-actor from many films and my favorite actor @NaseeruddinShah. Why aren’t more people taking us together? (sic).”
