Shruti Shibulal, the daughter of Infosys co-founder and former CEO SD Shibulal, on Tuesday, an open market transaction was Rs. 494 crore IT Major shares were purchased. According to the block deal data available on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), one of the promoters of Infosys, Shruti Shibulal bought 29,84,057 shares of the Bengaluru-Headquarded IT Giant.
Shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 1,657, which was priced at Rs 494.46 crore.
Meanwhile, S.D. Gaurav Manchanda, one of Shibulal’s family members, shared the same number of shares at the same price.
Infosys’ shares fell 2.02 per cent on Tuesday to close at Rs 1,667 on the NSE.
