Actor and musician Shruti Haasan never shy away from talking about her mind. He opened about the investigation he continues to accept the use of cosmetic processes, a subject that is often treated with silence in the entertainment industry.

But I know what and how much I have done, and how much others have. This is the price you pay for honesty. This is fine. And I never promote it. This is my choice, “he said.
For Haasan, the big issue lies in double standards when women face when it comes to beauty and authenticity. He insisted that his choice is deeply individual and never intends to set an example for others.
Haasan said, “In love, in life, in work, the fingers will always be gestured to whistle or speak the truth or make some calls for something.
Even when he is challenging social expectations off-screen, Haasan is enjoying a high point in his career. His latest film, ‘Coolie’Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraja and co-integrated Rajinikanth, emerged as one of the largest Tamil blockbusters of the year.
Since its release on August 14, the action entertainer grossed over Rs 400 crore worldwide, strengthening his place as a major box office success.
The film, which is not a part of the famous cinematic universe of Kanagarj, tells the story of a person Dev (Rajinikanth) on a mission to highlight the truth behind the death of her friend Rajasekhar. Along with Haasan and Rajinikanth, the Ensambal Cast includes Nagarjuna, Saubin Shahir, Rachita Ram, Upendra and Aamir Khan in the lead roles.
