Shreya Pilgaonkar will be part of the jury of Los Angeles Indian Film Festival
Bollywood actress Shreya Pilgaonkar will serve as one of the jury members of the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA). The actress expressed her happiness about the opportunity.

Actress Shreya Pilgaonkar is set to make her debut as one of the jury members for the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA). She will judge the shorts category. Known for her role in the popular crime series ‘Mirzapur’, Shreya expressed her happiness about receiving global recognition.
The official Instagram handle of the Indian Film Festival shared the announcement. A part of the caption read, “We are delighted to announce our jury for the Shorts Programme at #IFFLA2024. Shreya Pilgaonkar: Actor (Mirzapur, Fan, Taza Khabar, Gurinder Chadha’s Beecham House), Director and Producer (Short Documentary Panchgavya, Dresswala) (sic).”

“I always wanted to establish myself as a global actor, and playing diverse roles and participating in film festivals is in line with my ambition,” Shreya, 35, said.
She said, “I am really excited to see a lot of films that are deeply rooted in South Asian culture. It is always inspiring to see new and emerging storytellers. There is so much talent here. It really inspires me. I also want to direct and produce. This experience is something that will teach me a lot and give me the opportunity to meet a lot of people.”
The festival will begin on June 27 and continue till June 30.
Talking about films, Shreya Pilgaonkar was last seen in ‘The Broken News 2’, in which she was accompanied by Jaideep Ahlawat and Sonali Bendre.
