Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko made headlines after losing his father in a deadly car accident recently. Recovering himself from the incident, the actor opens for the first time.
Shine Tom Chacko Details about losing your father
In his conversation with Q, Shine Tom Chacko said, “I was lying on the back seat. I usually woke up from sleep and asked my daddy for biscuits. Daddy then used to give me biscuits two or three times. However, when I suddenly opened my eyes, the vehicle had to face a crash. I was never with us.”
Talking more about the incident, the Devra actor expanded how the issue suddenly happened. He said, “Till then, an accident was just a vision for me. But when you go through myself … I really broke and cried, standing on the road, I kept saying – someone please come and help, someone takes us to the hospital.”
Shine Tom Chacko further said how his brother John Chacko was sitting on the front seat, but somehow managed to escape untoward. Walking to him, the actor surprised him whether he was really fine or a fall with some uncontrolled injury.
The actor continued that his father had stopped driving him from taking medicines from rehabilitation facilities. Speaking about her mother, Shine revealed that she is not yet accepting her father’s passing completely, constantly asking about her hideout, while she herself is in bed with a hip injury.
Shine Tom Chacko’s accident
For unknown people, Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko faced a car accident during a visit to Bengaluru. The accident occurred in the early hours of June 6, 2025, after his car entered a standing lorry.
As he was coming out together with his parents, brother and driver, his father, CP Chacko, died with a fatal effect. All were soon rushed to a hospital, in which Shine maintained themselves on their shoulders and spine injuries.
