And she has put in all her blood and sweat to play the lead role in the action-thriller. Well, her latest Instagram post is proof of her determination and grit. Sharvari unlocks her “beast mode” Veda as she began tough boxing sessions. Sharing some pictures from her training, she wrote, “Beast mode on for Veda. started boxing and became VedaNow I am ready to take a punch or take a brutal beating.” Hindole captured Sharvari in a powerful avatar, punching a sandbag with red gloves. Boxing is a form of combat sport that has numerous health benefits. It improves heart health, aids weight loss, builds overall body strength, improves balance and lowers blood pressure. It also reduces stress, improving mental health.

Earlier, Sharvari Wagh set fitness goals by pushing a sled, that too with a weight of 400 kg. The video showed two people sitting on weights that were placed on the sled push machine. Sharvari displayed immense strength and endurance as she pushed the equipment with all her might. “Pushing my limits… and my crew too! (flexing muscles and sticking tongue out emoji) 400 kg (punch emoji),” she wrote in the caption.
