First of all, let’s pause for a moment and wish Sharmila Tagore a very happy birthday. The cinema icon turned 80 on Sunday, December 8. On the special day, Sara Ali Khan shared glimpses of the beautiful family affair at a restaurant in Goa to mark Sharmila’s 80th birthday. In the following photos, the family was found gathered around a large table, enjoying each other’s company. Saba Ali Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu and their children Inaaya Naumi Khemu, Taimur Ali Khan and Jahangir Ali Khan were also present. Although we didn’t get a full glimpse of the food, one picture of an almost empty plate showed how delicious the food was.

Next, a clip showed Sharmila Tagore surrounded by her loved ones, ready to cut a delicious chocolate cake with blueberries, strawberries and cashews as toppings. A sweet moment emerged in the video when Inaaya handed her Maternal grandmother A knife. When Sharmila Tagore cut her birthday cake, the family sang the birthday song. Sara wrote in the caption of her post, “Happy Birthday Grandma. Honor and pride of our family.”
Soha Ali Khan shared an adorable picture of her mother cutting another delicious cake. The doting grandmother was seen sitting on a sofa with her grandchildren Taimur, Jahangir and Inaaya. The delicious butterscotch cake was topped with whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries and on the sides, a layer of choco chips added an exquisite flavor to each slice. Soha captioned it, “The cake that matters!! #HappyBirthdayBadiyamma.” Moreover, Jeh and Inanya could not stop looking at the sweet delight that revealed its unique taste.
