Now, the reality star is struggling with her ongoing divorce, but she claims she has moved on from it and the cheating scandal. But Doherty still hasn’t been able to get her life back on track, as she continues to grapple with financial struggles due to her medical bills and lawyer fees.

Shannen Doherty, 53, opened up on the latest episode of the Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast hosted by Kelly Ripa on Wednesday, June 26. The Hollywood actor didn’t hold back from sharing her struggles over the past nine months.
Doherty revealed she was in a dark place when she found out about her celebrity photographer husband’s infidelity and has recently been unable to handle herself. “When I found out what he did, I was in a really dark place for nine months,” the Heathers star admitted.
He highlighted the fact that when he found out about the “whole incident”, he had just undergone brain surgery and he had a lot of difficulty dealing with it.
Doherty explained, “I’ve only recently fully recovered, I don’t have any feelings for him anymore.” While this is good news from the actress, she is still burdened by the divorce proceedings, which are preventing her from fully moving on with her life.
Speaking about finding new love, the TV star said she is still naive about dating, as it has only been a year since the scandal broke. “It’s still very hard and raw,” Doherty said.
This is not the first time the Charmed actress has faced infidelity, as she discussed affairs in her previous relationships on her podcast, Let’s Be Clear. However, her husband’s affair was the most tragic, as they were married for over a decade.

The divorce battle between the two former spouses has gotten even more complicated after Doherty recently stated in an official court document that her ex-husband is allegedly waiting for her to die of cancer to avoid paying spousal support.
As revealed in the legal proceedings, there is a huge difference in the incomes of both parties, according to People, with Iswarienko reportedly affording all the luxuries he wants such as flying on her plane, relaxing at a medical spa, and shopping at Gucci.
While Doherty has to deal with mounting medical bills as a stage 4 breast cancer patient and has to spend much of her income on attorneys’ fees. According to Doherty’s statement in court documents, she considered Iswarienko’s actions inappropriate because he was showing no responsibility for his “dying wife of over 11 years.”
Shannen Doherty had to stop working due to her health problems and is struggling with her dwindling income. After filing for divorce in 2023, she requested spousal support of USD 15,434 monthly from her ex-husband, whose income was reported to be less than USD 700k over the past three years, as reported by People.
