Celery juice, beetroot juice, goat curd, black gram water…Shalini Pasi, the extraordinary star of the Netflix series ‘Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives’, follows a diet that is as specific as her personality in the reality show.

An art collector, philanthropist, socialite, social-media sensation and now a reality TV star, Pasi, 49, is on the internet for her flamboyant personality, which goes beyond her elaborate and vivid sartorial sense. She has emerged as the poster girl of self-love, to the extent that she doesn’t even hold grudges towards other people because it ultimately affects her skin. It’s no wonder she takes her diet seriously. His daily diet barely contains any solid food; Actually, various types of juices and soups dominate the day.

The juice trend continues as she also drinks capsicum juice, which is made using different capsicums. Health powerhouse avocado is also part of Shalini Pasi’s diet.

Later in the day, Pasi treats herself to ragi or jowar chilla (earlier she used to eat roti, but it was too dry).

Every day from 4 to 6 pm, she works out – an hour of dance followed by an hour of Pilates and weight training. She takes fresh fruits as her pre-workout meal.

The evening meal includes lots of vegetables, but everything is in soup form.

“I repeat the same vegetables but in soup form, unstrained and thick. “This includes spinach and broccoli soup, tomato and capsicum soup, and soups made with vegetables like bhindi (ladyfinger), lotus stem, peas and leeks,” she explains. India Today,

On days when she doesn’t go to the temple (which she regularly does around 9 pm), Pasi eats egg, fish or chicken for protein.

“I eat goat curd every day. I want my bones and teeth to be strong,” Pasi tells us.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited for Pasi, but you may see him at parties with a glass of champagne.

“I don’t drink alcohol, but if I’m at a party I’ll have a glass of champagne to avoid being offered drinks again and again,” she says.

In Pasi’s words, she is naturally high and doesn’t need anything else to feel better. How she feels the day after drinking alcohol – this is another reason why she hates drinking.

“I feel naturally energetic and I don’t crave sugar or carbs. However, while travelling, I may treat myself to my favorite cake or dessert,” says Pasi.

Is it easy for Pasi to follow this restrictive diet? Yes, because he gave up “the taste of food” to be able to concentrate on work. In Pasi’s words: “Sometimes, food becomes a hindrance. “For me, food is about filling my stomach, not about taste.”
