Exclusive: Shahzad Khan opens about stressful relations with Father Ajit
Actor Shehzad Khan opened up his strict and distant relationship with his father, famous Bollywood villain Ajit, and the struggles facing conflicts grew up in his shadow. Even without any support from his father, Shahzad made his way into the film industry without using his father’s name.

Shahzad Khan, son of the iconic Bollywood villain Ajit, recently opened up about the difficult and emotionally distant relationship shared with his father. In a raw and disclosure conversation with India today, Shehzad did not return because he recalled the pressure of growing up in a strict house and the weight of Ajit’s son.
The actor of ‘Endes Apna Apna’ said, “Let me tell you, my grandfather was in the Nizam’s army, so my father was raised in a very strict, military style environment, and so I was naturally, he was also a strict father. I was sharing a lot for my heart. I was just shared. Once I kept tolerating it, I would stand near me.
One of the most rigorous moments he remembered, was said to be a lump sum by his father that he would not support his dream of being an actor. “He once told me, ‘I will never make a film for you, not even a phone call. In fact, if possible, don’t even say that you are my son.’ Work hard and make your way. ” And I told myself, ‘He has forgotten that he is talking to a Pathan – we are also children of Pathans.
And that meant it. Even when he met filmmaker Nasir Hussain, who belonged to Ajit, he did not use the connection. “I remember meeting Nasir Hussain Saheb, who was a relative of my father of Shahjahanpur. Still, I did not write on a chit that I was Ajit’s son. I was sitting there with my portfolio for about 45 minutes, waiting for my turn. When I told him that I told him that I want to work with him, he said that we had already given a very big answer to the last form. ‘If I can’t be a hero, make me a friend or villain of the hero – give me something.’ He said, “Okay, some roles are coming as a friend’s friend, you will call you.”
Shahzad further said, “I was asked to write my address, so I wrote on a piece of paper, and when Naseer Saab saw, he said, ‘Hamid Mia is detected!’ Then he asked, ‘What are you doing there?’ I was about to say that I was living as a payment guest, but instead, I told him that I was Ajit’s son. I said, ‘Still, you must have given me the role of a friend’s friend.’ ,
On a closing note, Shahzad mentioned, ‘My father was a very good actor and was also a very good person, but he was a very strict father. ,
