The veteran actor was reportedly taken to the intensive care unit on Monday for close medical monitoring.

Giving an update, Sunny Deol’s PR team said, “Dharamji is still in the hospital. Doctors have not advised him to go home. His condition is improving and he is being monitored. He is not on ventilator.” The medical staff continues to keep the veteran actor under observation.

On Monday, Hema Malini reached the hospital before Sunny Deol to get information about her husband’s health, followed by Esha Deol. The family’s presence remains constant, reflecting their vigilance during Dharmendra’s hospitalization.
