Shahir Sheikh had done ‘Sleepless Nights’ on family security in Jammu, thank you army
Amid growing tension after Pakistan’s attacks on Jammu, Shahir Sheikh expressed his deepest gratitude to the Indian armed forces, shared his personal concerns for his family in the region.

Actor Shaheer Sheikh has expressed gratitude to the Indian Armed Forces amid growing tension between India and Pakistan. From Bhadirwah in Jammu, Shaher shared emotional toll on his family, especially his mother and sister in Jammu. They were influenced by Pakistan’s anti -retraction drone and missile strikes, targeting military areas in Jammu, Pathankot and Udampur.
Shaheer posted a hearty note on Instagram, which said, “Indeter for armed forces since eternity! My mother and sister are in Jammu … and attacks made us all sleepless. But to see accuracy, swiftness and bravery, with which our forces are notable.
He saluted the flexibility of the soldiers and their families, saying, “Hate the soldiers, hate their families. This bravery keeps our country and its countrymen safe outside and outside the battlefield. My honesty to those people who lose their loved ones in these efforts. Jai Hind (Sik).”

Terrorists targeted tourists at Besaran Meadow in Pahgam on 22 April, killed 26 and injured several others. In response, the Indian armed forces launched a missile strike on nine terrorist goals in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir under ‘Operation Sindoor’ in early 8 May. The strike targeted the terrorist infrastructure but avoided Pakistani military facilities. The Indian Army described the operation as concentrated, measured and non-esclery.
Shaheer Sheikh was last seen in the film ‘Do Patti’Where he played the lead role in front of Kriti Sanon. Kajol and Tanvi Azmi were also included in the thriller, directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon. The film is streaming on Netflix.
