Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput were blessed with daughter Misha in August 2016. This year, their first daughter turned eight, causing the parents to introspect about how fast she has grown up. Recently, when Meera saw her daughter playing games with friends, she was very happy. The Bollywood mom immediately took a picture of the funny moment and posted it on social media.
On December 20, Mira Rajput shared an adorable glimpse of her daughter Misha Kapoor on her Instagram stories. In the photo, an eight-year-old girl can be seen playing a board game with one of her mother’s friends. Shahid Kapoor’s wife was very happy with her daughter and her friend spending quality time together.
So, she captured the moment and shared it on her social media account. Mira also expressed, “When your friends become your kids’ friends. #dotgame.”

Shahid and Mira got married in a private ceremony in Gurgaon on 7 July 2015. Since then, they have stood by each other through thick and thin and helped their teammates in taking decisions in case of any doubt. When the actor was offered Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Kabir Singh, he was in a dilemma about it. But it was his wife who convinced him to play this controversial character.
In an exclusive chat with Pinkvilla, the Jab We Met actor revealed that after watching Arjun Reddy, on which Kabir Singh is based, he felt like, “It’s a great film, man! This movie did everything you shouldn’t do in a movie. And yet, I love this boy. He is doing everything a good man should not do. This is great, how is this guy like that?” However, he was still reluctant to do so.
His first response was, “I can’t do this film at all.” He was not sure whether he would be able to play the character as Vanga did in his film as people had already seen him in many different characters. Ultimately he told his wife Meera that he should not do this film. Then he asked her to shut up and do it. “This is the perfect movie for you,” the celebrity mother told her husband, adding that people love seeing her in love stories and complicated characters. Since it had both, he should do just that.
