Today, 25 February, 2025, Shahid Kapoor’s 44th birthday. On this special occasion, throw away for an interesting moment when the actor opened the post-credit scene of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in the 2023 film Patath. He shared that when he saw it, he laughed and found it ‘calm’.

In an old conversation with News18 Showsha, Shahid Kapoor was asked about Pathan’s final-credit scene in which Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan discussed who could take his place. Talking about it in the context of the film industry, Shahid mentioned that he could not be replaced. He said, “Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, whose place did he take?” Wouldn’t it be abusive to say that they changed anyone? ,

Shahid believed that both the superstars found themselves which the current generation actors also have to do. He praised the work of his generation actors. He also mentioned how ten to fifteen years ago, the actors would do many films and the audience would forgive his other flops if one of them also worked. Shahid said that it was not so now.

Shahid Kapoor said that this generation has to face more challenges comparatively. He explained that digital materials were not available then, but today people have a lot of options with social media and other things.

Shahid also shared his opinion that films and characters make an actor a superstar. He said that superstars could also flop and it was good material that matched in the end.

However, coming back to Salman Khan’s scene in Shah Rukh Khan and Pathan, Shahid Kapoor revealed that he enjoyed watching it. He said, “When I was watching it, I was laughing and I felt it is super cool for them to be kept out and be quite appropriate,” he said. He concluded by saying that the pair was fantastic.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor was last seen in the action thriller Dev. He is currently shooting for his upcoming film with Vishal Bhardwaj. Shahid will share the screen with actress Tripti Dimri.
