Rai elaborated on the limitations of music label rights, saying, “The label can use the songs for TV shows and stage performances, but it can’t take the music from my film and put it in another film. They have to contact me, pay me and document it legally,” clarifying the difference between broadcast and film-to-film use.

He expressed his reluctance to pursue the cases legally, saying, “I personally don’t like to create a legal situation as it is a waste of time, energy and money. But if the protocol is not followed, we will go to court before or after the release.”
