A total of 44.72 lakh shares or 1.5 % stake in TBO Tech were acquired by three mutual fund houses in three different transactions on BSE.
According to Bulk Deal data, Nippan India MFA TBO Tech, SBI received 28.11 lakh shares in MF, SBI MF bought 8.78 lakh shares, and received 7.83 lakh shares of ICICI Prudential MFA Company.
Shares were purchased at an average price of 1,200, with a combined value of Rs. 536.75 crore was made.
Meanwhile, Augusta TBO (Singapore) PTE and TBO dive at Rs 870 crore through open market transactions in TBO Tech, two public shareholders, Gurugram -based TBO Tech.
August Gusta TBO (Singapore) Loaded 46.29 lakh shares or 3.3 percent holding in TBO Tech, while TBO Korea Holdings sold 26.20 lakh scrips, which accounts for 2.42 percent in the company.
The average price of this stock is Rs. 1,200.02-1,200.04 were disposed of, with the cost of the overall deal at Rs. 870.02 crore.
After sale, the holding of August Gusta TBO in TBO Tech has increased to 9.71 percent and TBO Korea Holdings down 5.50 percent to 5.41 percent.
The details of other buyer (s) of TBO Tech shares on the exchange cannot be confirmed.
On Friday, TBO Tech stock fell 9.93 per cent to close at Rs 1,207.35 on the BSE.
In December last year, August Gusta TBO Singapore and TBO Korea Holdings staged a total of 9.9 percent of TBOs for around Rs 935 crore.
