Recently, she gave us a glimpse of her arm workout routine. Sara shared a video from the gym on her Instagram story, where she was seen working out fiercely. Dressed in a white crop top and green shorts, she worked up a sweat while performing cable pulldowns. She executed the exercise with precision, pulling the cables up to her thighs in a smooth, controlled motion. To maintain her balance, Sara Ali Khan bent her arms at the elbows, leaned forward slightly and lowered into a squat. Cable pulldowns primarily target the latissimus dorsi muscle
