According to Samsung’s latest ultimatum, these accounts will be removed when it becomes inactive for 24 months.

The policy is applied from 31 July 2025, so Samsung device users still have enough time to take necessary action. If you do not want your account to be removed, make sure you immediately sign in to your Samsung account. Of course, people who are already using a Samsung phone and an account do not need to worry about anything. However, if you are a Samsung user in the past, and currently owns a phone or tablet from another brand, but you can plan to switch back to a Samsung Galaxy device below the line – it is necessary that you take action and log in to your Samsung account before too late.
To log in to your Samsung account without Galaxy smartphone or tablet, you just go to Account.Samsung.com in your phone or computer browser.
