In short
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 has appeared online in new live images
- The first thing that is standing in the leak is new blue color
- The phone also looks slimmer and sleaker as compared to the phone Galaxy Z Fold 6
At the end of last month, we looked a good look at the upcoming Samsung foldables in a series of leaked render. One of the standout colors was a dark, rich blue – which looks at the color of the hero this year. And now, in a new leak, the same blue shade is being confirmed, as Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 Live Image has appeared in online. These photos shared by Tipster @jukanlosreve and reported by Android Headlines, give us a proper glimpse of real hardware – not just render – and there is enough to take it.

The first thing that stands outside is color. Blue variant, officially called blue shadow, is seen as every bit in real -life photos as was done in the earlier render. It is subtle but classy, and is similar to the blue shade Samsung used for its Galaxy S24 series in 2024. The second major takeway design is from leakage. The Galaxy fold 7 is clearly slimmer and smooth than before. Although we do not have accurate measurements from live images, the earlier reports have taken the thickness of the phone to only 3.9 mm to 4.5 mm when revealed – easily it is still making Samsung’s thinnest foldable.

Another interesting details from leaked photos are rear camera layout. The top-left corner stands three cameras placed on a noticeable island. This layout is not dramatically different from last year’s fold 6, but what is different is to remove the under-display camera. According to the report, the Samsung can return to regular hole-pan selfie cameras on both internal and external displays-a step that can improve the quality of the image, even if it affects aesthetics a bit.
The upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 is also expected to be lighter. Reports suggest that the phone can weigh about 215 grams – it is 24 grams lighter than the Galaxy Z fold 6, and even lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Looks quite impressive.
In addition to design changes, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to come up with a 6.5-inch cover screen and a large 8.2-inch internal display. Under the hood, Samsung is likely to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip, which is up to 12 GB RAM and at least 256 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 has also been provided with an upgraded 200-megapixel primary rear camera, which is probably similar to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Edge. The other two cameras are expected to be Do-Over from the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 with Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to make his debut at the company’s Galaxy Unpacked Event, which is rumored on 9 July in New York. Other announcements may include the Galaxy Watch 8 series and Samsung’s first fan edition foldable – Galaxy Z Flip 7FE – although nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
