The Samsung Galaxy S25 series including the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra were recently launched in the Galaxy Anapac in San Jose, California. While these phones have great enthusiasm around, there is no concrete information about the Galaxy S25 Edge rumored, except for a brief teaser after the Galaxy Unpacked event. However, the three main models are here, and if you are planning to buy one, there are some great pre-order deals that you can benefit.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series: Which one should you buy?

Each model of the Galaxy S25 series has its own strength, so your choice will depend on your preferences for size, features and budget. Nevertheless, we help you give you a clear picture.

Samsung Galaxy S25: This is the best option if you like small phones that are easy to use with one hand. It has a 6.2 -inch screen like the Galaxy S24, but it is a slimmer with thin bezels. It comes with 12GB of RAM, which is the first to the standard Galaxy S model, and starts with 256GB storage with the option to upgrade to 512GB. The battery is 4,000mAh, and in my test, it lasts for an entire day with moderate use, finishing the day with about 10% of the battery. It is preserved on both back and forth by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, with an aluminum frame for durability.

Samsung Galaxy S25+: This model is similar to the Galaxy S25, but has a large performance of 6.7 inches. If you want a big screen then this is a great option, but does not require ultra. The battery is 4,900mAh, which is similar to the previous year’s model, and it should easily run until a whole day and next morning. It also has an option between 12GB RAM and 256GB and 512GB storage. The camera setup is similar to the vanilla S25: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom. There is also a 12-megapixel selfie camera at the front.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: It is the largest and most advanced model in the series with a 6.9 -inch display. It is the only model that comes with an underlying pen stylus, which is ideal for those who prefer to attract or sign documents on their phone. The design is upgraded, and it is now slimmer and lighter than last year’s S24 Ultra. It has a titanium build and Corning Gorilla Armer 2, which is still called the most scratch-resistant glass. The battery is 5,000mAh, and in our ongoing test, it lasts for a full day on the same charge. It has 12GB of RAM and starts with 256GB storage, which has options to upgrade 512GB or 1TB. The camera setup includes a new 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 200-megapixel main camera, 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 5X optical zoom.
