However, the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to be unveiled at an event next week, with the launch believed to be sometime later. The launch and sale timeline of the S25 Slim has not been revealed yet.

Samsung Galaxy S25 series: Specifications and features
design and construction
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ retain a familiar aesthetic with three different rear cameras, sleek frames, and ultra-thin bezels. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to adopt a rounded design, moving away from the boxy look of its predecessors. Notable changes include thinner bezels and a camera lens ring that matches the color of the frame, giving it a more sophisticated look.
The standout device, the Galaxy S25 Slim, is rumored to be just 6.4mm thick without the camera bump, making it Samsung’s thinnest phone to date. Despite its slim profile, the smartphone will reportedly feature a 6.7 to 6.8-inch display.
camera
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ are believed to share a triple-camera setup:
– 50 megapixel primary sensor
– 10 megapixel telephoto lens (3x zoom)
– 12 megapixel ultra-wide camera
The Ultra model features a quad-camera setup, which includes a 200-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom. Selfies across the series will be handled by a 12-megapixel front camera.
Display and battery
All models are believed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. This was also hinted at in a tweet posted by Snapdragon, which was a response to the announcement at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event. The post read: “See you there”.

The Galaxy S25 phones are also expected to be paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The Ultra model is said to have a 5,000mAh battery with up to 31 hours of video playback. The S25+ will likely retain the 4,900mAh capacity of its predecessor.
AI-powered features
The Galaxy S25 series will debut Google’s rebranded Assistant Gemini AI. The new “Hey Gemini” wake word replaces “Hey Google” and will integrate with Samsung apps like Gemini Notes and YouTube. Additionally, AI features like “Brief” provide daily summaries, commute assistance, and photo collages for end-of-day highlights.
