Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S25 on 28 January this year, including three smartphones: Galaxy S25, S25+and S25 Ultra. But this is not. After teasing in MWC 2025, Samsung is allegedly planning to launch its fourth S25 version – Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. While the company has not given any details around it (apart from teasing the design), leaks and rumors have covered you. Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be launched globally on 16 April, it is likely to begin availability in early May. However, Samsung has not yet officially confirmed these details. Depending on rumors and leaks, the Galaxy S25 Edge is reported to have been priced between 1,200 and 1,300 (about 1,13,000- 1,22,500 rupees 1,22,500) for 256GB in Europe). And the 512GB version can range from 1,300 to 1,400 (about 1,22,500- 1,31,900 rupees 1,31,31,31,31,900) on the market basis.

This pricing located the Galaxy S25 edge above the galaxy S25+, despite the earlier speculation, suggests that they will be a similar price. However, it is still expected to be slightly more cheaper than the Galaxy S25 Ultra at the launch, although the promotion and discount can help bridge the price difference.

Processor: The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is the latest and perhaps the fastest Qualcomm chipset, powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Chip. This is the same processor found in the rest of the S25 series.

design: One of the standout features of the Galaxy S25 Edge is its ultra-slim and lightweight design. The phone is rumored only to be 5.84 mm thick and weighs 162g, one of the most smooth devices in its category. Titanium frames are provided resistance against scratches and rust not only to increase durability, but also long lasting strength.

Camera: The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to include a 200-megapixel primary sensor with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, promising detailed and vibrant shots. For selfie, a 12-megapixel front camera is likely to ensure high quality images and video calls.

Battery and Connectivity: Battery life can be a possible defect, as the Galaxy S25 edge is called for a slight 3,900mAh battery. Given the powerful chipset and ultra-slim design, some users may have this capacity limited. However, Samsung’s software optimization should help expand battery life for the entire day’s use.
