A Samsung Galaxy ring user had an unfortunate experience with his ring. On X, the user, @zoneoftech claimed that he was refused to fly after his Galaxy ring. Finally he had to visit a hospital to remove him. Samsung responded to the incident and claimed that “such experiences are extremely rare.”

According to the user, during the day his galaxy ring began to swell near his finger. He shared images of the swollen device in a post. Images suggest that the lithium-ion battery moved near the finger, inside. This possibility occurred because the battery cannot expand due to the titanium body of the Samsung device.

Not only the galaxy ring was swollen, but the user could not get it out of its finger. He admitted that the extended ring was really hurting. To make cases worse, he was just about to ride in a flight. Unfortunately, the authorities denied permission, citing the safety threat of a swollen lithium-ion battery.

The user had no choice but to make its way into the hospital’s emergency room. In the end, he had removed the ring of the galaxy from his finger. But did not seem sad. The user was forced to stay in a hotel in a hotel until he could hold the next flight to his destination. He was not happy with understanding and vowed to wear it again.

While such experiences are extremely rare, there are some ways to try to remove a stuck ring, including soaps and water – or drowning our hand in cold water. The cause of swollen batteries is not clear, but usually, it is usually caused by excessive heat.

No stranger to swell Samsung battery

Samsung has faced a similar situation in the past, although a very large scale, with the Galaxy Note 7. Note 7 became infamous for its battery issues. The battery will swell and even catch a fire, which will be reported about several incidents.
