Samsung is expanding one of its UI 8 beta programs in India, giving more Galaxy users a chance to try the latest software of the company before its official launch. Beta, based on Android 16, was first introduced with the Galaxy S25 series in May, but from next week it will begin to roll for more equipment, including the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 -with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. For many Samsung fans in India, new features and a bunch of design mean early. Those who want to participate can register through the Samsung Members app, and the update will be available in select markets including India, South Korea, UK and America.

The list of devices receiving a UI 8 beta update next week includes Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6. Samsung has confirmed that more devices will join beta in September, A36, Galaxy A55, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A54. Interestingly, the Galaxy S23 Fe and the Galaxy S24 Fe are not mentioned, who may disappoint those who use fan edition phones. But, in reality, both phones should update a UI 8 under the line, so eventually it matters the most.

To get a UI 8 beta update, you will need to open a Samsung member app on a qualified Galaxy device, log in with your Samsung account and look for a UI 8 beta registration banner. Once you sign up, you will be able to download the beta from the software update section in the settings. With any beta software, you can expect some bug here and there, so it is not something you should install on your main device. If you need it then it needs to work innocent.

A UI 8: Major features

A UI 8 scene brings a mixture of tweex, performance improvement and new features. Upgrade is upgraded to multitasking, which includes a more flexible split-screen scene and has increased Samsung dex support for those connecting your phone to a large display. Samsung plans to release the steady version of a UI 8 starting in September, starting with the Galaxy S25 series and then moving forward to other qualified equipment. In India, beta galaxy users have a chance to offer a response before starting and the official rollout starts.
