Samsung announces new music studio speakers

Samsung is also expanding its Music Studio series with two new Wi-Fi speakers, the Music Studio 7 (LS70H) and Music Studio 5 (LS50H). The Magic Studio speaker is designed with the “timeless dot concept” in mind, found in art and music, created by designer Erwan Bouroullec and aims to complement users’ living space.

Samsung says it uses Audio Labs Pattern Control technology to reduce signal overlap and improve directional clarity, while AI Dynamic Bass Control manages low frequencies with minimal distortion. Music Studio 7 supports high-resolution audio up to 24-bit/96kHz and can act as a standalone immersive speaker or be paired for comprehensive stereo or surround sound setups.

The Music Studio 5 offers a more compact, gallery-inspired design, featuring a four-inch woofer and dual tweeters for a balanced sound. Like its larger counterpart, it employs AI Dynamic Bass Control, supports Wi-Fi casting, voice control, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Samsung has brought a big upgrade in Q series soundbar

The flagship HW-Q990H is the leader among the Q-series soundbars, featuring an 11.1.4-channel system that integrates a 7.0.2 main soundbar, 4.0.2 rear speakers, and a dual eight-inch driver subwoofer. One major addition is the sound upgrade, which moves dialogue to the center of the screen for more natural audio placement. Auto Volume ensures consistent sound levels throughout content, aiming to minimize sudden volume changes.

Samsung says the soundbar brings a sense of scale typically associated with professional home theater setups. Up-firing channels and next-generation AI tuning expand the soundstage, bringing cinema-style immersion into the living room.

For users seeking a streamlined setup, the HW-QS90H all-in-one soundbar offers a 7.1.2-channel configuration with 13 drivers, including a quad bass woofer system. Its convertible fit design and built-in gyro sensor allows automatic adaptation to wall or tabletop placement, delivering deep bass without the need for a separate subwoofer.

Samsung has updated the Q-Symphony ecosystem

Samsung continues to expand its Q-Symphony ecosystem, which allows users to connect up to five devices into one unified audio system, including a TV, soundbar, and Wi-Fi speakers. Samsung said that in 2026, Q-Symphony will support connecting up to five devices simultaneously, with automatic channel allocation based on room layout and speaker placement. Integration with the SmartThings app gives users centralized control over playback, group management, and streaming services.

Additionally, Samsung also confirmed that its previously announced sound tower models (ST50F and ST40F) will continue to be part of the broader audio lineup, targeting outdoor and party-focused use cases.
