Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu gave his fans an insight into his next project, ‘Mother Int Bangaram’ and revealed when the film goes on the floor. The announcement was made during an Instagram Q&A session.
During an interactive “Let’s Talk” season, Samantha was asked about his upcoming Telugu project. He replied, saying, “Finally, I have an answer to this question.
The announcement increased enthusiasm among fans who were waiting for his return to the leading Telugu roles. ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ was announced with a preacher poster on the first Samantha’s birthday.

Samantha’s latest appearance in Telugu cinema was a cameo in the horror-comedy ‘Suham’ directed by Praveen Kandegula. The film saw commercial success and is currently available to the audience for streaming. He also produced the film under his production banner Tralla Moving Pictures. His last full Telugu role was in the 2023 film ‘Kushi’, starring Vijay Dawakonda.
Apart from ‘Maa Inti Bangram’, Samantha is currently included in the ‘Rax Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom’. The film is produced by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. A contingent of artists for this project includes Aditya Roy Kapoor, Ali Fazal, Jaideep Ahlawat and Vamika Gabbi.
Shooting for this film is allegedly running in carefully planned stages, although an official release date has been announced so far.
While Samantha has been selective with the Telugu script in recent years, she has also discovered roles in the Hindi-language web series. This includes ‘Citadel: Honey Bani’. However, this series did not achieve significant impact.
‘Maa Inti Bangaram’, mainly focusing on Hindi and multi-language presentations, marks Samantha’s return to a major role in Telugu cinema. The project is highly anticipated by both industry supervisors and their fans.
