Apart from this, she also shared what has been helping her with her skincare and how she has decided to go the non-invasive route to restore her skin’s health. She shared how she has been regularly getting pico laser, red light therapy and facials focused on lymphatic drainage. For those who don’t know, we have explained how these three treatments help in making the skin healthy and glowing.

Pico Laser
Pico Laser treatment is a procedure that uses cutting edge laser technology to treat brown spots, fine lines, wrinkles and sun damage, while stimulating collagen and elastin production.
-
red light therapy
Red light therapy, or RLT, is a treatment that uses low levels of red light to improve your skin’s appearance, such as reducing wrinkles, redness and acne.

Facials focused on lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage facials are special treatments that promote lymphatic circulation to detoxify and rejuvenate the skin. They are helpful in removing toxins, waste, and excess fluids from the body.

Samantha also shared how she has become more sensitive to her skin. "I have become much more sensitive to my skin and will never take my skin for granted again. The biggest lesson I have learned is that skin health isn't just about beauty: it's a vital part of our overall health," she wrote.
The star also shed light on the treatments performed at the clinic and answered the question of whether it's a must for everyone to undergo them. "Probably not! But if you're tempted to try the latest skin procedure, make sure to find a specialist who prioritizes your skin's health over quick solutions," she added. "Other than that, there are a few basics that are non-negotiable: sun protection, hydration (inside and out), good nutrition for healthy, glowing skin from within."

At the end of her post, she said, "So here it is - the "secret" behind my skincare regimen, not a secret at all."
