Samantha on shooting for Citadel despite injury: Forgot name on set
Actor Samantha recalls forgetting names and experiencing blackouts on the set of Citadel: Honey Bunny after suffering an injury due to myositis.

Actress Samantha recalls suffering an injury while shooting for her latest series, Citadel: Honey Bunny. In a recent interview, he opened up on facing blackouts on the sets and forgetting names. Samantha said that she remembers that she had only one day to complete the shoot, but she could not perform her stunts.
the actor was talking Galata India When she shared, “I was hurt and I forgot names after that. I just went completely blank. It was a lot.” He was joined in the interview by the show’s writer Sita Menon, who also had something to add about the whole experience.
When Samantha said that she did not remember that anyone had taken her to the doctor, Menon intervened and clarified that the actor probably forgot that there was a doctor on call. “Now that I think about it, no one took me to the hospital. No one asked me,” Samantha said, as the author said, “They had a doctor on call who could help Samantha with her injury. Don’t remember the reason.”
The 37-year-old woman is suffering from myositis and that may have caused her injury. Samantha continued talking about working hard to complete the shooting that day. “I remember, during my concussion, I heard that we only had the set for less than a day, we had to finish shooting. So in my concussion, I was like, ‘I’m coming ‘Guys, I’m coming.’ I remember the stunt guy was in front of me and I was like, ‘What am I doing?’ And they were like, ‘Okay, cut, not happening’,” she explained.
Citadel: Honey Bunny also stars Varun Dhawan alongside Samantha. The Prime Video series is directed by Raj and DK of The Family Man fame. It is a part of the Russo Brothers’ global espionage universe. Priyanka Chopra played the role of Agent Nadia in the first series of Universe.
Citadel: Honey Bunny is scheduled to release on November 7.
