Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya’s beloved romantic drama ‘Ye Maya Chesway’ is ready to return to theaters on his 15th anniversary on July 18. The film, which marked the first on-screen cooperation of the pair, was originally released in 2010 and holds a special place in Telugu cinema.

Sony Music South’s official Instagram handle was announced, soon after, fans took to the comment section to express mixed responses. Some questioned the time of re -release, while others expressed concern on how Samantha can feel about it, gave her personal history with the film. A user wrote, “This is going to be difficult for Sam (SIC).”

On 26 February 2025, ‘Yeh Maya Chesav’ was completed. The film not only launched Samantha’s career as a prominent actor, but introduced him to Naga Chaitanya, with whom he later started a relationship. The two married in 2017, but participated in 2020, in which their divorce was finalized in 2021.
