On Eid 2026, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan made a public appearance with his family, greeting fans and waving. His presence on Saturday pleased many people who stood outside his Mumbai home.

Veteran screenwriter Salim Khan made his first public appearance to wish fans on Eid 2026. Accompanied by sons Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan and other family members, he greeted and waved to fans waiting outside his Mumbai home, Galaxy Apartment.
Continuing the annual tradition, Salman Khan came forward to greet fans from his balcony this year too by waving and blowing flying kisses. Following the previous incident of firing outside his residence, Salman greeted fans from behind the bulletproof glass on his balcony.

The occasion became even more significant as Salim Khan appeared in public for the first time after being hospitalized for almost a month. His appearance reassured fans who had been worried since news of his hospitalization broke. Doctors confirmed that he had suffered a brain hemorrhage, which was treated and he was put on ventilator support as a precaution. He was discharged last week.
On this occasion, his mother Sushila Charak, Sohail Khan and other family members were also present. His sister Arpita Khan Sharma’s children were also seen, Salman had a warm conversation with them.
