Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty set for re -release in May

Director Homi Edzania’s ‘Cocktail’ has also joined the league of Bollywood films again released in theaters. The 2012 romantic-drama, which features Saif Ali Khan, Diana Penty and Deepika Padukone, which will return to the big screen in May 2025.
After re -releasing ‘Endes Apna Apna’, the audience is once again a witness to cinematic apathy. PVR Cinema shared the poster of ‘Cocktail’ on its social media handle and wrote, “The iconic trio has returned! On May 30, experience the unforgettable journey of ‘Cocktail’ once again with the release in PVR Inox on 30 May!”
Fans expressed their excitement about re -release. A social media user commented, “Re -release my blood romkom.” A fan wrote, “10/10 movie.” Another fan commented, “The expression is finally real. Can’t wait.” A social media user also wrote, “OMGGGGG already starts booking advance.” Giving his approval, fans dropped heart emozies at the post.
Apart from Saif, Deepika and Diana, ‘Cocktail’ also featured Boman Irani, Dimple Kapadia and Randip Hooda as assistant artists. Diana started Bollywood in the film. The film is now returning to theaters, about 13 years after its release.
‘Cocktail’ revolves around Meera played by Diana, who lives with her new friend Veronica after her husband Kunal (Hooda) left her. When Veronica’s boyfriend Gautam depicted by Saif, her love becomes complex, I fall in love with Meera.
The film was appreciated for its cinematography and beautiful filming places in Britain and South Africa. Soundtrack was praised by the youth by Pritam, especially ‘Tumhi Ho Bandhu,’ Daaru Desi ‘,’ Second-Hand Jawani ‘and’ Yaryian ‘.
On the work front, Saif was last seen in the Netflix Hest-Thriller ‘Jewel Chor’, which was the co-interaction of Nikita Dutta, Jaideep Ahlawat and Kunal Kapoor. It was directed by Kuki Gulati and Robbie Grewal, and was produced by Siddharth Anand.
Diana was last seen in Vicky Kaushal’s historical action-Drama ‘Chhawa’, where she played Aurangzeb’s daughter Zinat-un-Nisa Begum.
Deepika was recently replaced by Sandeep Reddy Wanga’s upcoming Telugu film ‘Spirit’, ‘Prabhas starrer Tripti Dimri. He is also expected to shoot with Amitabh Bachchan for ‘Pathan 2’ and R Balki’s ‘The Interns’ remake.
He is likely to be a part of Shah Rukh Khan-Suhana Khan’s upcoming action-thriller ‘King’.
