Russia, America agrees on major principles to solve Ukraine conflict

Russia and the United States on Tuesday agreed to establish teams to negotiate a route to end the war in Ukraine, leaving a strong rebuke on its exclusion from Kiev.

Washington stated that European countries would have a seat on the table of “negotiation” after the high-level Washington-Moscow talks before Ukraine’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

Some European leaders are concerned with President Donald Trump’s overhaul of American policy over Russia, will give serious concessions to Washington Moscow and will re-write the security system of the continent in the Cold War-style deal.

Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelansky slammed the exclusion of his country from the Riyadh Sabha, which lasted for more than four hours.

He said that any dialogue aimed at ending the war should be “fair” and include European countries including Turkey – which offers to host talks.

A senior Ukrainian official told AFP, “It will only be to feed Putin’s hunger,” referring to the launch of talks without Ukraine, a senior Ukrainian official told the AFP.

US State Department US Secretary Marco Rubio and Russian External Affairs Minister Sergei Lavarov “agreed to appoint high-level teams concerned to start working on a route to end the conflict in Ukraine as soon as possible, The US State Department said.

Washington said that the parties also agreed to “establish a consultation mechanism” to address the relations between Russia and the US to “irritable”, given that the side would formulate the basis for future cooperation.

Yuri Usakov, President Vladimir Putin’s ally, a colleague, confirmed the appointment of the conversation teams, but said it was “difficult” to discuss a date for a possible trump-Putin meeting.

– ‘Heard each other’ –

The meeting is a major diplomatic coup for Moscow, the then President who was isolated for three years under the previous US administration of Biden.

Moscow’s economic negotiator, Kiril Dimitriv, said that the western attempts to separate Russia had “clearly failed” while revealing in the talks.

Lavrov told reporters, “We have not only heard each other, but listened to each other, and I believe that the American side has better understood our situation.”

Experienced diplomat said that Russia opposed any deployment of NATO-nation troops in Ukraine as part of one final ceasefire.

European colleagues publicly noted this week whether they would be open to sending Trus Shanti soldiers to Ukraine.

The UK Prime Minister Kir Stmper said that he was ready to consider the British soldiers.

French President Emmanuel Macron told a regional newspaper on Tuesday that while Paris was “preparing to send the ground soldiers, who are combative of struggle, for the front”, for the front “, considering it,” experts or here The struggle area was sending the soldiers in limited terms, any outside.

Meanwhile, German Chancellor Olaf Sholaz said that any debate on the matter was “completely prematurely”.

Macron said he would host another round of interaction with European and non-European countries on Wednesday after an emergency meeting in Paris on Monday, bringing a small number of major European countries together.

Russia abandoned some of its attitude on future talks, arguing that Europe’s defense agreements were required to settle the war.

Moscow has long been called for the return of NATO forces from Eastern Europe, seen the alliance as a danger of an existence on its flank.

Before attacking Ukraine in February 2022, Moscow demanded NATO to be pulled out of Central and Eastern Europe.

Rubio informed the major European ministers on the Riyadh talks on Tuesday, admitting that Europe would need to join some point.

Rubio told him, “There are other aspects that have restrictions (on Russia), the European Union should be at the table at some time as they also have restrictions.”

– ‘How to start talks’ –

The conversation at Riyadh’s Diriah Palace in Riyadh began without a handhake appearing.

Both Russia and the United States held a meeting on Tuesday as the beginning of a possible long process and reduced success prospects.

Trump has said that he wants to end war in Ukraine, but thus no concrete plan has been submitted so far.

The United States has told both sides that if any talks are physical, concessions will be given.

On the eve of the summit, Russia said that it could not even have a “idea”, which leaves the area seized from Ukraine.

Kremlin said on Tuesday that Ukraine had “right” to join the European Union, but not NATO military alliance.

It also said that Putin was “ready” to interact with Zelanceci “if necessary”,

But this again questioned his “legitimacy”-a reference to his five-year tenure, the Ukrainian law despite not requiring the election during the war.

The Ukrainian leaders were to discuss the conflict with President Recep Tayip Erdogan in Türkiye on Tuesday.
