Prithviraj Sukumaran has been on the peak of his successes for quite some time now. And recently the actor made a big investment and became the proud owner of a huge new duplex in the business capital of India, Mumbai.

According to a report in Square Yards, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s new duplex is located in the posh locality of Pali Hill in Bandra, Mumbai. The location is already a prime location chosen by many celebrities in the entertainment industry to build homes, due to its short travel distance from major shooting locations and studios.

Talking about the details, the property is spread over a huge area of ​​around 2971 sq ft. Apart from this, the duplex also has four dedicated parking spaces.

The price of this luxurious property is Rs 30.6 crore. The actor has also paid stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crore and registration fee of Rs 30 thousand. This luxurious duplex of Prithviraj has been purchased in the name of the actor’s own production house Prithviraj Productions Private Limited.

For those who don’t know, the actor and his wife Supriya already own a house in the same area. The old apartment was worth Rs 17 crore and is located in the Pali Hill area itself.

Talking about the actor’s life apart from work commitments, it is very rare that Prithviraj makes a public appearance or gets clicked by the paparazzi. However, on August 7, 2024, the star was clicked by shutterbugs in Mumbai when he stepped out in the city for some work.

Looking handsome as always, he wore a crisp white shirt. Prithviraj waved politely and chatted with the paparazzi for a while before getting into the car.
