Rohit Shetty recently revealed in an interview that he is going to make a story that will have all female cops. His upcoming film ‘Singham Again’ will introduce Lady Singham, which will be played by Deepika Padukone. However, Deepika is not the first female cop in Rohit’s police universe; this feature belongs to Shilpa Shetty, who was introduced in ‘Indian Police Force’.

in a conversation News18Rohit Shetty hinted at the possibility of a female-centric cop universe film, saying it will happen “very soon”. He also discussed his upcoming film Singham Again, promising lots of “hand-to-hand fights” and emphasising his preference for real action sequences over VFX.

Rohit has created the world of police in the film industry with his hit films and shows like ‘Singham’, ‘Simmba’, ‘Sooryavanshi’ and the web series – ‘Indian Police Force’. Shilpa Shetty appeared in the role of a police officer in Sidharth Malhotra’s Indian Police Force and television actress Shweta Tiwari was also a part of the web show.

Deepika Padukone is the latest actress to join the police world and will be seen in a police uniform in the upcoming film ‘Singham Again’.

Meanwhile, Rohit Shetty is all set to return to television with the 14th season of his reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi. The stunt-based show will feature celebrities like Gashmeer Mahajani, Niyati Fatnani, Asim Riaz, Abhishek Kumar, Shaleen Bhanot, Sumona Chakravarti, Shilpa Shinde and Krishna Shroff.

The show has been shot in Romania and will premiere on Colors TV on July 27.
