In The India Today South Conclave 2025, the President of Manipal Health Enterprises, Dr. H. Sudarshan Ballal presented his vision of Healing 2.0-a future where state-of-the-art technology and human compassion work in hand. He insisted that innovation cools the medicine without sympathy, while compassion without innovation could be inadequate.
Highlighting progressions such as robotics, princely medicine, stem cell therapy, zenotransplantation and remote monitoring, Dr. Balla said that technology has a speed of recovery, but human touch remains irreparable.
