Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy visited the Hyderabad residence of actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda on Thursday evening and congratulated them on their marriage. The couple, who recently celebrated their wedding with a reception attended by celebrities from the film industry, received the Chief Minister’s blessings and shared his appreciation for the gesture with the public.
Pictures from the trip circulated on social media, attracting the attention of fans and well-wishers. Vijay Deverakonda expressed his thanks on X, writing, “Heart-touched that the Honorable Chief Minister of Telangana, Shri Revanth Garu, visited our home this evening and took out time to bless us on our wedding. The wedding reception in Hyderabad on March 4 was attended by many prominent personalities from the Telugu film industry including Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Ravi Teja. Karan Johar, Kriti Sanon, Namrata Shirodkar and Radhika Sarathkumar were also among the high-profile guests.
Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar attended the Hyderabad reception held on March 4. Sharing his wishes, he wrote, “Delighted to attend Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s wedding reception and personally extend my best wishes to the couple. The couple got married on February 26 in Udaipur in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and relatives. Their union came after years of speculation about their relationship.
As part of their celebrations, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna visited Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam temple to seek blessings for their new journey. Free food, sweets distribution drives, fan meets and many other welfare activities were organised.
