Suriya gave a great performance in her recently released film Retro. Karthik Subbaraj direction is stabilizing at the box office and is already moving towards a mark of 100 crores.
Recently, ahead of the success meeting for the romantic action thriller, Suria received Rs. By donating, he increased his support for charity. 10 crores from the profits earned by retro. The amount was contributed to the agram foundation.

In a viral picture of a special moment, Suria was included by Karthik Subberaj and other members of the retro team, as he handed over the check to the Charitable Trust officials.
Talking about retro’s box office performance so far, the film has grossed a total of rupees worldwide. 82 crores within just one week of its dramatic release. However, compared to Nani’s Hit 3, which was released on the same day, Karthik Sabbaraja direction seems to be a few steps behind.
For bin calling, the recently released film also includes Pooja Hegde, Jujo George, Jairam, Nasar, Prakash Raj, Karunakaran, Sujith Shankar, Swasika and other lead roles.
Jointly produced by 2D entertainment and stone bench films, Retro has music composed by Santosh Narayanan. The film has been slated for an OTT release on Netflix after completing its dramatic run.
A few days ago, Retro received a Thamping review from superstar Rajinikanth, which finally got a chance to see the film in the person. Subsequently, filmmaker Karthik Subaraj shared a post on X, which revealed what Thalaor had to say about it.
