According to a report, a Chinese restaurant is receiving pladits on the Internet after distributing profits of more than Rs 64 lakh on the Internet. South China Morning Post. Huang Huming, owner of Kilichuan Hotpot Restaurant in Southwest China, said that sharing the loot with his employees was a long-running tradition and not “promotional stunts”. Each branch distributed funds to receive Rs 2.18 lakh to the highest -grossing manager as per earning, while some managers received more than Rs 84,000. The company with the lowest paid employees received anywhere between Rs 7,200 and Rs 8,400.

“We only wanted to give a lively and happy lunar New Year to the employees. It is also for those who have worked hard throughout the year,” said Mr. Huang.

In particular, the company has more than 200 employees, and while some workers took leave during the busy holiday period, about 140 people were eligible for cash -ups.

Shri Huang said, “The amount of Rs 64 lakh was reached after the cost of material and labor. We did not make factor in fare or utilities for three days.”

According to the report, the restaurant also provides a “philial pitti allowance” to the parents of the employees as part of its compensation and profit package.

Restaurant’s efforts to share the festival happiness with their employees received online praise.
