The residence is a new mystery chain arriving on Netflix this week! Based on Kate Anderson Browver’s book The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House, the series will make its global start on the streaming giant on 20 March.
From the creators of Brijarton, this limited series revolves around the members of the employees working in the White House – the residence of the President of the United States. “The staff of the White House shared inside the residence and the workers of the life first,” reads the official synopsis.
The show follows the scam of a fictional murder, incorporating the White House employees, which includes an additional layer of drama in the plot. The first season includes eight episodes, all written by Paul William Davis and directed by Lisa Johnson. The stars, as Uzo Aduba Cordelia cup, were assigned to a cynical detective to investigate the homeside.
However, as the investigation comes out, internal conflicts between the staff members emerge. The chaos within the employees is rapidly opposite with the traditionally quiet and professional atmosphere of the President’s residence.
The Aduba The New Black, known for its role in Orange, is opened about his character in the residence. She revealed that detective cupap symbolizes the quintaceant symptoms of a Shondaland female lead- “she is strong, she does not kill words, she is unplugged herself.”
He also indicated that while most staff members were entangled in the secret of murder, want to remove themselves from chaos, their character is firm to do everything together. Writer Paul William Davis described the show as “suspenseful, clever and full of moments that swing between two extremes.”
