Mohan Babu has been involved in several controversies in recent times, including a family dispute with his son Manchu Manoj. Now, he is facing legal trouble for her alleged involvement in the death of actress Soundary. For those who are not aware, they died on 17 April 2004 in a plane crash at the age of 31 years.
The reports said that Soundaria was traveling to Karimnagar for a political campaign when an accident occurred. The accident also killed his brother. Connecting the tragedy, she was reportedly pregnant and her family was destroyed that she was unable to fix her mortal remains.
According to a report from News18 Kannada, the death of actress Soundary was not an accident, but a planned murder. This claim stems from an alleged property dispute associated with Mohan Babu. The complaint stated that Sorivasham actress and her brother, Amarnath refused to sell a six -acre conspiracy to the experienced actor. This led to a crack, resulting in a plan to kill him allegedly.
News18 Kannada said that the complainant accused Mohan Babu of forcing the brothers to sell their land. After the plane crash, he allegedly occupied the said conspiracy. The cause of the accident was never confirmed.
The complainant, identified as Chittimallu, has filed complaints with Khammam ACP and Khammam District Officer. He requested the government to occupy the land. Appeal suggested using it for orphanages, police personnel, military families or media professionals.
The complaint also mentioned the ongoing disputes in the Manchu family. It demanded justice for Manchu Manoj and seized a six -acre guesthouse in Jalpalli. The complainant claimed to be afraid of his safety due to the influence of Mohan Babu. He has requested police security.
