The company reported a strong increase in average revenue per user (ARPU) of 7.4% YoY and Rs. was 195.1.
The company further said that the full impact of the tariff increase will be seen in the next 2-3 quarters.
The customer base stood at 478.8 million in the reported quarter, up 4.2% year-on-year.
Commenting on the company’s earnings, Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani said that Reliance has once again demonstrated the resilience of its diversified business portfolio. “Our performance reflected strong growth in digital services and upstream business. This helped partially offset the weaker contribution from the O2C business which was impacted by unfavorable global demand-supply dynamics,” Ambani said.
The growth in digital services reflects the strong value proposition of our services by increasing ARPU and improving customer engagement metrics while the home broadband segment is witnessing rapid momentum on the back of our unique industry-leading JioAirFiber offering, said the RIL CMD.
