Release of Pushpa 2 Reloaded delayed due to technical reasons, new date announced

The reloaded version of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule has been delayed due to technical reasons. The film was originally scheduled to release on January 11, 2025.

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule Reloaded has been postponed due to technical issues in processing additional content. Initially scheduled to release in theaters on January 11, the reloaded version will now be released on January 17, following the key Sankranthi release.

The makers shared the development with a note on Now it will be released in theaters not from January 11 but from January 17 as was planned earlier. Happy Sankranti to all. The extended version will be worth the wait with additional whistle-worthy moments (sic).”

The added 20 minutes of footage is expected to include the highly anticipated Japan sequence, which was teased in the trailer but was not included in the original theatrical version. Fans are eager to see how these new scenes will enhance the story of the film.

While the official reason for the delay has been cited as technical issues, industry insiders speculate that the decision to postpone may have been requested by the makers of other big Sankranthi releases, including Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Dacoit Maharaj.
