Malayalam actor Reema Kallingal criticized the media for sidelining her artistic achievement after winning the Kerala Film Critics Award for Best Actor (Women). The honor came for Sozin Babu’s role in ‘Theater: The Myth of Reality’. But instead of being asked about her performance, Dhyan moved to organizational matters within Amma, which disappointed the actor.

The 41 -year -old said, “I have won only an award for my performance, but no question has been asked about my film. I am the first artist; everyone has forgotten it.”

In various proceedings related to The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA), Reema has always said a strong, but when the media was focused only on it, it was quick to react. While he expressed his support for changes within Amma, Kallingal commented that his focus on organizational matters rather than his artistic achievements was disappointing.

Reema Kallingal Cinema is a women’s co-founder in Cinema Collectorate (WCC), a collective of ten actors in the Malayalam film industry, including Manju Warrior, Parvati, Remya Nambisan and others.

Kalingal’s role in ‘Theater: The Myth of Reality’ directed by Sozin Babu, captured the critics for the discovery of the traditions and myths and reality of Kerala to discover the Misty Borders. He received the honor of the state’s highest critics for his work, while Pramod Velianad earned a special jury award for his contribution to the same film.

The film features Anjana Philip and Philip Zakaria as co-producers of Sahna Philip and Philip Zakaria under the banner of Sarsa Baluseri, Dan Davis, Krishnan Balakrishnan, Megha Rajan, others, Anjana Talkies. The visual story is shaped by cinematographer Syamaprakash MS, while Appu Bhattathiri handles editing and creates Saeed Abbas music.

The film, ‘Theater: The Myth of Reality’ is slaughtered to release in theaters on 16 October.
